Aging (Y/N), a note

Coffee beans let off gasses, primarily carbon dioxide, during the roasting process as they turn from a stable green seed to the brittle brown “bean” that we grind and brew. De-gassing continues for several weeks afterwards. The true nature of that coffee does not show itself, obscured by the gas present in the beans, until it has rested for a sufficient time (usually 2-4 weeks). As part of your curated coffee subscription, you have the option to let Tim roast your coffee in advance and deliver at the peak of that coffee’s flavor qualities.

Do you like the taste of extremely fresh coffee? Want to decide for yourself when to crack open the bag? No problem, your coffee will be at your door within days of roasting.
